“Technician was scheduled for 8am to 11am, and did not show up until 10:45am. He didn't finish the job until 4:45pm. We had to request multiple times that he work on specific things. He hadn't cleaned windows or rims until we requested it. Not a professional person.”

“I came home after work today and was excited to see my freshly detailed suv. Unfortunately it was not cleaned very well. There is still sand in the seams between trim and still dust on the dashboard. There are fingerprints on the rear view mirror and the front window is still dirty too. I also noticed a little dog hair too. I sent the tip having not seen the work yet but assumed it was done to a high standard. Some parts of the car look clean but overall I am extremely disappointed and probably wont use detail.com again unless you make this right. ”
