“The young man that came out the 2nd time worked VERY hard to make it right. He tried repeatedly to remove the smears from the windshield but I think he didn't have the tools he needed to get the job done properly. I had to provide him with a ladder to reach the center of the roof and windshield. I would have given HIM a 5 but the company needs to either provide the workers with the proper tools whether it be physical tools or training. ”
