“The young man was very professional and friendly. I was impressed that he actually completed the job in a little under estimated time of three hours. He worked steady and did an excellent job. I'm handicapped and wear oxygen so I appreciate this service as I can't do these things”

“ The technician left some sticky substance on the driver side back door. I was able to rub the majority of it off with my finger after he left. So I think it was just a lack of trying, not a difficulty of task problem.
The trunk also was not shampooed at all. It also seem like there were spots on the driver seat they had not been shampooed. The seatbelts were not cleaned either.
I'm sorry but I'm very unhappy with the overall job. :-(
