“Service was not until 2:45 on knowing I had to leave at 4:30. Scheduled between 12-2pm. The windows are dirty still even after telling them they were and they used chamois cloth not anything else. Wax residue everywhere on car and some of inside detailing wasn't even cleaned at all. The glass displays have residue splashed on them and I took many photos. To show it. Very poor service and too rushed. Detailing means to be detailed and clean. Awful. I gave a 2.0 rating but it is not good. I paid over $130 for this service. ”

“At first glance, my car looked clean. Everything was vacuumed and there was a nice smell. But some parts didn't even look like they were cleaned. The door jambs didn't get cleaned, neither did the jambs for the trunk. There's a compartment in the car that doesn't look like it got cleaned either. Many compartments in the car are still covered with dust and dirt. It honestly looks like they rushed to get the car done in the fastest time possible. And when they were done, they left without even letting me look at the car to see if I was satisfied with what they did. I definitely don't think this was worth $119. ”
