“There were small parts of the car that weren’t as clean as they should have been. There was random white hairs left on the hatch carpet that weren’t found until after they left. The drivers seat had mud on the side as well.”

“Technician did a great job - only thing I noticed is there is discoloration now on the back of my head rest on the passenger side seat that I know wasn’t there prior. Only reason I’m giving 4/5. Other than that he did awesome and the convenience was much appreciated. Thanks!”

“The RV looks 99% better and I’m grateful I didn’t have to do it myself. However, I was told the crew would come prepared with water, power and everything they needed. I had to hook up a hose, plug in the rig, find a step ladder and supply screw drivers and my husband used his battery powered screw driver to remove covers. Oh, and find a tarp to cover the bed. Not a huge deal, just not what I was told. The first day, one person was at my home from 10:30am until 10:10pm. The second day one person was there from about 11am till 6:30pm. I was charged $200 for ozone treatment. First I was told it was a spray that had already been applied and they didn’t have a machine. I read up on ozone treatments and requested it because my mom was a smoker. My husband went out to the RV and started coughing because he has bad allergies the guy said he would go get the machine. He came back with an air filter not an ozone machine- I asked and was told it was ozone, not according to looking at the machine. (Second non-truth). About 2:30 I received a text the job was finished (third non truth) . At 5:30 I asked him not to come to the house because we were having a dinner party and I felt he became argumentative about getting paid. The company had sent me a link several times and I told him I would use one of them after the job was done. The contract clearly states, “ deep cleaning of kitchen” and “ deep cleaning of the bathroom”. I had to ask for the stove top and the toilet to be cleaned. I have pictures of items missed after the job was done but I didn’t ask for him to do them, I was frustrated and annoyed and wanted him off my property. I ended up paying him - during my dinner party- at 6:30p and he left because I couldn’t get the links to work. ”
