“The technician was on time, polite, easy to communicate with. He very carefully cleaned my car outside and in. It looked great, smelled fresh, and was a pleasure to be in it. He even got all those nasty leaves and needles that glom up the hood and trunk seams. ”

“I tried calling to speak to somebody directly about my concerns with my detailing service, but nobody has called me back, so I guess I will just leave my review on here. While the gentleman was very nice, about half of the services noted on what was included in my platinum detail package did not get done I’m a little bit disappointed for the fact that the guy was here for over four hours and there was still a lot that wasn’t finished and from far away the truck looks great but my husband I had to spend probably an additional two hours going through and finishing up the job. Between the detail job, not getting completed as it should and the fact that I called immediately after he left to try and speak to somebody about my concerns, and have yet to hear back for the past four days I will not be using detail.com again.”

“The tech was super nice and cleaned the car just fine, except! We have a white 2022 Escalade and he put on this very glossy tire shine - told me it was dry. Drive to the store about an 1hr after he was done and all that sticky tire shine was ALL OVER MY CAR?!? Tried to wipe it and it would just smear. Called them back to see what we can do and they only offer (after the tech said he could not come fix it) was to submit a claim/service request and wait - we got the care detailed for our trip, how can you make a claim when I am about to drive 5 hours and get new bugs, road grime and more on my car - so dumb! I asked for a discount, got nothing… had to re-clean my truck for our trip. What a waste and honestly shocking they didn’t even give me like 10% off or anything. Will NEVER use them again!! Shop local - Stay Away from this site and services. ”

“The technician arrived 4 hours later than the original text time estimate, upsetting my plans for the day. He worked for 2 hours on my car. I noticed several areas that were not cleaned and dirt and debris was left in crevices, door jams, on plastic areas inside. Most of the roof had not been touched and I had to ask him to spend more time cleaning. He took another 10 minutes to try to fix things which were mediocre. Then he tried to spend more time talking and trying to sell & advertise for his personal detailing business. After paying, he came back to ask for a tip. The job was not what I was hoping for to sell my car.”
