“My car did not look very different than after a normal car wash - water spots on the glass and front hood and a cloudy interior windshield that I had to wipe clean after seeing the glare from the sun. My rear heat vents are as dirty as before the service - something I notice every time I look into the back seat. The clincher was when my family piled into the car and they all pointed out things that didn't look great. I've always heard people rave about how great it is to get a car detailed and I am sad to say that I will not be one of them. Also, the tech seemed to be very nice but did not speak any english. I had some spots on the paint that I tried to point out but it became too frustrating using google translate so I stopped trying. I've seen other reviews where people raved about discussing the issues with their tech - this was something I could not do. I tipped my tech at the end of the service - I probably would have tipped less once I got in and really saw it (although he did a GREAT job on my tires!). $395 (all in) for shiny tires does not spell value to me. I usually only write positive reviews but in this case the value delivered (in my opinion) was greatly different than what I paid. I wish it were different. ”

I wish I would have taken the pet hair service off because I don’t believe it needed it and thought the technician would have stated that once seeing the vehicle. Overall well done but not worth $400+. ”
