“Tech did not clean around any door jams, engine area, back cargo area, and the carpets were not steam cleaned as promised in the platinum pkg.Outside of the vehicle looked good. I should have inspected the vehicles interior before the tech left. Unfortunately I had to get back to a conference call. ”
