“While Ryan was very nice, the overall quality of the work was not good. The car seat cushions were left outside of the car in the rain, trash was scattered all over the front lawn instead of in either of the trash cans that were closer to the car than the lawn was, and there was a pool of liquid disinfectant still sitting in the middle seats. However, the biggest issue was that there was still vomit on the seatbelt, and it was the vomiting incident that caused us to need this service. The net result was that when we went to pick up the kids from school, we had to spend half an hour cleaning up after the detailing work, which caused a chain effect of events, hence not being able to even get to this invoice until many hours later.”
