“First of all I thought offering this service was great, but the detailer was 1 hour and 45 minutes late I just can't believe being that late that I wouldn't of been offered a discount or something. I did receive a call at 10:15 that they were running a little late and that was untrue they didn't get here until 11:45. I would fire anyone who worked for me and was 1 hour and 45 minutes late. They did ok job but with getting the best package and starting at 11:50 and being done by 2:20 just doesn't seem possible. The individual was very scattered and I felt uncomfortable. I will not use this service again which is sad because I think it could be a great service if it had the right people doing it. ”

“I wish I remembered the guy's name, I think it started with an R, but he did an amazing job. I felt bad because I had called for your services due to my dog accidentally "doing her business" in my car and he was so nice and professional about it, despite how gross it was. He was extremely thorough which I truly appreciated. Thank you so much and I will definately recommend you guys to all of my friends. ”
