“There must have been a mouse house in the car and he threw it out on the driveway. The car sits for 6 months while we are in Arizona, so it is possible that there was a mouse house.. Other than that, the car looked really nice, but my husband said it was a shabby job. I liked it!”

“It's in the details right. The detailer was very polite, information given helpful. If I could attach pictures I would have liked to show areas completely missed. He did not pop the back windows open, lots of mold, he didn't clean around the lettering, Did not clean well at edge between windows and truck - mold. The mold issue was a big part of why we wanted a detailed clean. ”

“The technician was over an hour and half late. I happened to call towards the end of the 2 hour time frame to let him know where to park and that was when he told me he was running late. He said he would call me when he was on his way which he did. I was concerned he would rush through it since he was running so far behind. Knowing that the time frame is typically 3 hours I was very surprised when he was completed in just over an hour which then prompted my concern of being thorough. The waxing was a spray wax which unfortunately if i would have known, i would have just opted to have the interior cleaned and left the outside to be done by someone who applies the wax by hand and not spray. The car did look nice when I inspected it but once I got home and parked it in the sun, unfortunately there were many places that were not wiped off on the exterior. ”
