“Tech arrived and was pleasant but never introduced herself by name to me. I had to remind her to do the engine compartment. There are small areas on the headliner and rocker panels that should have been spot cleaned but weren't. ”

“My detailer did a amazing job on the interior of the car but I had to takeoff about 15 smudge marks on the exterior using a Mr. clean eraser pad that should’ve came off tduring the cleaning. That is my only complaint everything else looks great the tires and rims came out amazing.”
