“'m not very happy that you are arriving very very late. This has happened before. Please refund my money and I will never use your service again. I definitely want my money back or you see a very bad Yelp review. If this was the first time this has happened I'd be okay. But this is the third time and it's most definitely not okay.”

“1.You didnt have the time I originally booked
2 You sent 2 emails which ended up with me booking 2 times 8am and 10am
3. Phoned to confirm lady said she would email back....guys turned up 20 mins later.
4. Ended up costing $80 more than expected due to "extra" work being needed.
5. Overall results pretty good but very expensive for the work completed - guys were very good.”
