“The plastic in the between seat console is still wet with cleaning solution. The carpet under the floor mats is still damp. The plastic aftermarket floor mat is sitting on top of the original fabric floormat
which sits on top of the bottom layer of carpet. Both layers of fabric/carpet are still damp.
The upper inside tailgate jamb never got touched. The carpet and area under the moveable part of the back seat was never touched. The housing and light over the rear license plate was untouched. Parts of the roof still have dry dirt on it. Kinda half-assed.”

“The technician was on time, polite, easy to communicate with. He very carefully cleaned my car outside and in. It looked great, smelled fresh, and was a pleasure to be in it. He even got all those nasty leaves and needles that glom up the hood and trunk seams. ”
