“The receipt shows $154 but the technician charged me $200! I need someone to contact me because he told me I was required to pay the $195 when the receipt I was just sent was only for $15;4”

“I was generally very happy with the interior cleaning my car received. The only issues I had were the following: 1) my technician rescheduled the cleaning and then was late to the rescheduled appointment. 2) He did not clean the inside of my windshield. Besides those two things I was very happy with the service provided. My technician was courteous and generally very thorough. Thank you!”

“Tech showed up on time. Very friendly and went over the entire process. They have all the water and other supplies on the truck. When I looked at one of the vehicles after he was finished it looked kind of dull. Then I realized the pollen was so heavy it had coated the car already. A quick wipe and it looked good.”

“My service person after the time that I was scheduled.
I paid for pet hair removal and odor removal and my car still reeks of both.
There was trash left in the trunk.
My vents were not cleaned.
My seat belts weren't clean.
My compartment under the radio was definitely not cleaned.
I did not see any signs of UV protector.
Overall I am very DISSATISFIED!”
