“I was happy with the work performed by Brian until I went out this morning and noticed old tree sap residue on the hood, hood is dull and appears it was waxed. The trunk/back door jams were not cleaned, dirt, dust were still there. I accepted the service performed but it was dark outside. He did a great job on the interior. Maybe it had gotten too dark for him to see the details I am complaining about. How can we resolve this problem? Respectfully, Phil Carroll 360.286.1243”

“The gentlemen that came to detail the car did a really good job. I'm just not sure if the package that I selected was mainly to eliminate odor because I noticed that things like the dashboard and center console were not as polished as I thought it could be. This could also be normal wear and tear on the vehicle. All in all, he did a great job of getting rid of the horrid odor left behind by the previous user. Thank you! ”
