“Very attentive ”

“The service was not a detailing, it was a wax and interior wipe down. The car looked nice but the attention to detail was lost. Your ad said the service would take around 3 hour, my car was completed a little over an hour and a half. I brought this up to the technician and he replied that he was fast and been doing this type of a long time. The main reason for this was a good waxing for my car sits out. The wax job was very light and spots were missed. Furthermore some of the windows were not cleaned or they too had missed spots. A COMPLETE DETAIL JOB should be spotless and gone over with a fine tooth comb, this was not the case. I am very disappointed in the quality of workmanship. Also to wash a car and use clay bar you need water, well my driveway never got wet. Your technician was nice however the work performed did not met my expatiation or the price I paid. ”

“The technician treated the car as if it was his own. Paying extreme attention to details inside and out. The car is a torch red corvette. Red is an unforgiving color to work with. The car looks better now than the day I took delivery. I would recommend their service to anyone. ”
