“I paid for a Super Interior and if was not finished until after 7:30 so it was dark outside and I could only check it with the interior lights. When I got in my car this morning there was still dog hair on the carpet, the cup holders had gunk in them, there was even crackers in the back seat. I am not happy and feel like I was taken advantage of in a way. For $269 plus tip I would expect my car to SPARKLE. I will not be using this service ever again. ”

“There was some attention to detail that could have been better. The windows has dirt along the edges and they didn’t clean the glove box at all. I’d understand if the glove box had paperwork or something in it but it was unlocked and empty. If they were unsure they could have asked. Also, I’m not sure how it happened, but somehow my battery was run down during the cleaning. I had it serviced the day before so I’m sure the battery was in good charge before they did the cleaning.
As a recommendation to prevent this from happening to someone else they could have the owner start the car before they left and keep jumper cables or a battery powered jumper with them. I called to report it and the woman on the phone told me I was basically shit outta luck. I would give y’all another try if I weren’t moving next week. ”
