“I cant believe I paid 169 plus tip for the gold package. Whoever you dispatched to wash wax my SUV was horrible. I would take them off your list. They didnt do any of the details of for Gold package.. I will make sure to leave the appropriate review for this company!!! I might have to take this to get it corrected elsewhere.
Didn't wash the roof, or wax it, left wax marks all over the car, didnt wash the grill. interior had dirt on the back of the front seats..,. I could have and have done a better job myself.. also they did not wash the door jams as described. I have to hand buff all the left wax on the car. some spot were not even WASHED.. WTH???
Matter of fact I spent 1 hour correcting what they did. Left the back window worse than before they supposedly washed it, finger marks! LOL!!!! In my day a detailing was suppose to be more (detail?) not just a wash and dry off...
