“Awesome job”

“The window I was given was 8-11am and I scheduled my workday accordingly. Morning of, I got a notification the technician would arrive by 10am. The technician did not arrive until 11:15am and I had to delay a work call to be able to meet him. I was discounted $15 but that's doesn't really make up for having to rearrange my day. Respect the window of time you agree to. ”

“Very nice and clean , polite service . Forgot to clean my glove box and also my seats are still stained with the food grease that spilled a few other heavy stains that needed a little more pressure with wiping to get out ! Other than that the technician was polite and let me look before he left but I was in a rush and just told him it was good to go.”
