“The pin stripe on the driver side was buffed off !”

“The car was not cleaned whatsoever. I could not even tell it was “detailed” and it is a shame to spend $229 for what is claimed to be a premium package. The cleaners were not here for the expected time it would take (3 hours for platinum) and I could have done a better job with just a bucket of water. The seats do not look like they were shampooed and there is hair and debris still on the floor and underneath the seats. I would not recommend the cleaners that worked on my vehicle to anyone. ”

“The seats no change can't tell they were cleaned, I expected them to be cleaned and conditioned not wiped down.The seat belts are still dirty. I did not get a car detail but paid for one.”
