“The description of what I was getting and what was actually done were very different. Mr. Fuller showed up with a shop vac, bottle of spray and a few rags. The interior was spot cleaned with rags when the descriptionon your site said it would be double shampooed. Never did he pull out any type of machine to shampoo the interior. Also when Mr. Fuller arrived I told him that we were mainly concerned about getting the smoke smell out from previous owner and getting the surface dirt off of the upholstery. Neither of those happened with the spot cleaning he did. I could have bought a bottle of spray and a rag and done it myself. I was paying $199
for a DEEP interior clean which I DID NOT get. Mr. Fuller was very nice but his level of cleaning was lacking.

“My car was already a 5 so i was disappointed with inside. I really don't think my carpet or leather seats got touched.. for working on it 5 hrs just thought inside would be top notch. ”
