“First off, my car was pretty dirty and needed a lot of work. The detailer, Rick, came exactly when he said he would and started working on the car. He checked in occasionally but was annoying. The car came out really nicely and was almost showroom quality. Rick really took the time and was meticulous. The only reason why I took off half a star was because there was one section that wasn’t cleaned. I have a convertible and it is hard to get the back deck with the top up. I specifically asked if he cleaned it and was told yes. Unfortunately, when I put the top down, it was clear that he had missed the whole back deck. It didn’t take much for me to clean it up it wasn’t done. Otherwise, it was an outstanding job. ”

“1. Challenger - still had spots remaining. None of the exterior vinyl & plastic was conditioned.
2. Hummer - none of the exterior vinyl & plastic was cleaned or condition and there is a lot of it. The spare tire on the back was not cleaned or conditioned. The washing & waxing is fine. But not happy with the way the Hummer turnred out over all.
