“upset because although detailer was asked and agreed to use a special cleaner I had purchased just for the multiple carbon fiber parts I have and left the bottle on a shelf in front of cars, after job done I pionted to the bottle which he said was used - after he left opened cap to see the foil cover had not been removed-the product had never been used-rest of detail was ok”
