“It was nice having the service done at our location, Sean (don't know if this is his correct spelling of his name) did an very nice job.”

“First I told the person who scheduled appointment this was a very big cleaning job and they only sent one person. she was to be here between 8-10 and she showed up 1.1:30. . She didn't complete the job on day 1 even though I asked her to stay until the job was done. She did return the next day with a second person.. and this put us behind our schuldule as we had people Scheduled to help transfer our inventory from old toy Hauler to the one she cleaned. the girl did a okay job but there were serval things I had to go back over vacuum out drawers, re clean oven and fridge . I paid for smoke Oder removal and the trailer still smells very badly of smoke. I had no choice but to load my trailer as I have a event this weekend .when we decided to go with a professional cleaner we thought it would be like having a new smelling car when completed and that is no way close to what our expection was. ”

“Overall it seemed like enough time was spent on the detail. It didn't look like the engine compartment was wiped down as listed. Also, exterior plastic was not wiped down as listed. I ended up paying extra for what ended up being extra work (not a problem) but I would expect all listed items to be completed as promised.”
