“The staff members were polite and courteous however, the detailing job was mediocre. After the staff finished, there was still dirt remaining in the seat seams between the cushions and I had to remind the detailers to clean several spots they had missed including the coin tray and center console. The detailing was supposed to include a clay bar treatment to remove all contaminants from the exterior vehicle surface before a hand applied waxing however, again, there are still a lot of dirt specks remaining that were just waxed over. Long story short, I could of gotten the same quality results doing the job myself in my driveway and it wasn't really worth the $250.00 it cost. ”
