“I have texted you multiple times, messaged you through your website, and emailed your support team. The technician did not complete the job successfully and left stains that I had asked to have removed on my floor mats and seats. When I asked him to why these hadn’t been removed he tried to get me to buy services from him directly instead of through your company, claiming that the $175 packages I bought from you (that included shampooing the entire interior) did not include spill/stain removal. At no point during my appointment with him was it clarified that this would not be included in the service I paid for. I specifically uploaded pictures to your website to have these areas (spills/stains) targeted and thoroughly cleaned. The tech even went so far as to say that my floor mats were ruined and could not be cleaned. This was absolutely a lie as I was able to wash them off that night use just a regular shower head and some Shout Brand spray. You company seems to be fraud, a bait and switch. I just paid $175 to get my car vacuumed and have some soap scent added to the car and I have had to do all of the actual detail work after my app with your tech to get the car to the standard you were supposed to. No one has responded to my attempts to contact your company since Saturday when I had my appointment (it’s been 4 days now). I have had my entire car detailed for the same amount ($175) at local car wash in Denver and they were able to removed all spills and stains. You company seems to have cheated me and seems to be a fraud or scam to get people to pay more money than they need to for the most basic services.
In addition your tech lost a clip from my car that holds my drivers side mat in place and ripped up fabric from the on the drivers side door that I had to repair myself.
The tech sent you pictures of of the car while I was standing with him asking him why the stains hadn’t been removed as I had asked and why the clip for my mat was missing. His claim was that you wouldn’t allow him to remove stains for the package I bought. If that was the case, why didn’t any of the people texting me from your company clarify that the stains I noted in the pictures I sent you would note be removed!m? Why didn’t the tech clarify this before the service? Why did not one tell me BEFORE I paid $175 that the services I was asking for could not be completed for that amount of money.
This seems like a scam and I would like a partial refund at least, if not an entire refund. ”
