“I would’ve gave it a 5 if they would have arrived on time and didn’t leave all this soap foam on my carpet and we told the person before he left to make sure it was all gone and well it wasn’t had to rinse it out ourselves!! Took us an hour to do so !! Other than that it smells good ”
