“Guys were ontime and very friendly. unfortunately the detail was mediocre at best. For a $189 service it was very subpar. Wish I had better review cuz I liked the guys. There was nothing done we couldn't do ourselves. I thought a steamer would be used to get the tougher grease parts out But it was left dirty if it couldn't get rubbed out with a towel. It seemed just like a hand wash and basic interior clean. Nothing shined or sparkled. There was no WOW factor. A lot of the services the platinum package listed were left out and not performed. ”
