“My only reason for getting an inside detail performed was to remove stains from my seats.....mainly food spills from Grandkids. Using only the steamer did not do the trick.The only compartments cleaned were the doors....No glovebox,center console...ect.There was a lot of dirt trapped in the fold of my back seats, I had to point this out to them. They never lowered them while vacuuming. Overall my car doesn't look much cleaner than when they started! The employees were nice and polite. Very fast... maybe a little to fast!”

“There was some scuff marks left on the leather. Also there was over spray from the cleaner / shiner they used everywhere. And when I rolled the windows down, I noticed that the window that remained in the track on the up position was never cleaned. ”

“I had two cars detailed on Sunday and paid cash. They were not able to give me a receipt and I need one. Also the Plat detail wasnt complete windows still are not clean. lots of spots still and door jams note doon spots still on carpets. This needs to be redone or money refunded”
