“Both people who showed up were very friendly and I liked them right away. Made a great impression on me. The carpet and seats looked new. Loved the great smell that permeated the car. However, the Windows looked undone. In the shade they looked great but, when I moved the car into the sun, the windshield and back window looked really bad. My driver window had something on the outside before they arrived and it was still there when they left. I have a feeling they did not clean the outside of the Windows. Anyway, I know from my own experience that I have experienced the same experience when I go from shade to sun after I have washed my own Windows. They knew I was wanting a good job on the Windows and they even asked me what I thought. Yes, they looked great in the shade. So, I give a score of 4 because, of the Windows. There are bug marks, smears, streaks, etc..... ”

“Showed up hours late then tried to leave after 30 minutes! Job wasn't done- husband spent 30 more minutes pointing out all not done and they mocked him! Wr will NEVER use this service again. Absolute disgust and disappointment not to mention waste of money!”
