“Unfortunately I was unable to stay while the techn was working on both my vehicles. First, the techn was very nice and polite. I ordered the Gold detailing package. Being that once I returned from dropping a vehicle off for maintaiinance and he was done when I returned .with both vehicles. I thought maybe it was a bit fast but I'm not a pro detailer. I looked over the vehicles while he stood there and I said thanks. From my quick glance they loooked clean. However, when I sat in the Avalon I can tell that he obviously used the dirty rag to wipe my leather dash and seats. I cleaned that up to notice bugs on the windshield so I wiped them off to notice bugs and spots on the chrome grill. See where this is going. I may be a perfectionist but it looks like my cars where washed not 'detailed'. Again, I'm not a professional detailer but I could have done better. The only reason it's not lower score is because it's been the shittest day With this and I just don't want mess with it”

“I'm a bit dissapointed that the technician did not spend more time on the problem area which cause the need for the service. My pregnant wife had some morning sickness and unfortunately threw up in the front seat and we had hoped your service would take care of this smell issue. However, there is still a bit of a smell thus the 2.5 grade. ”
