“There was a pre-treated oil spilll (cooking grease from a transported fryer) on the back driverside floor.... I was later able to clean it with Resolve... the tech's shampoo on floor and mat didn't work.
Other than that, the job was very thorough. This car was an inheritance from my deceased father and I have no idea when it was last cleaned. The job was excellent considering the years of neglect. I just wish tech had been able to handle oil spill to completion.
Nevertheless, we are looking forward to him working on the our Jeep (other vehicle)... confident the job will be done better than its last detail at another location (that we won't have to drive to!!) based on this job performance.

“No call before arriving. Worked too long on the interior of the car. Messy work on the exterior. Windows were so streaked I had to clean them to be able to see to drive. At the time to pay the bill I presented a credit card as I had set it up when I ordered the service. He claimed his phone was not set up to charge. He asked for cash, not a check. I had to go to the bank to withdraw the money and he followed me to the bank. Never did he offer to call the company so I could charge it over the phone. Lastly, I have a Toyota Highlander and the top of the car was not washed or polished. I reached above the windshield in two places to wipe off bird shit after they left.”

“Well after they finished yes I inspected the car everything looked really good, today when I was driving I noticed a few details that I wasn't satisfied with but overall the car looks great,it's a titanium wash I think should've paid more attention to the details, both your worker's were very nice , very polite thank you for the experience Will do it again”
