“It's a little difficult to say this because the technician Mike is a very friendly, likeable fellow, but if I was to compare the job he did vs. what was done to my other car (my Civic) the previous day (both cars got Titanium service), there's no comparison. If I could give an "incomplete" I would. I can wash and wax the outside of my car by myself. It's the DETAILs of a detailing that I am willing to pay for, but I don't feel like I got that. The Civic passed the "white glove test" with flying colors. The technician showed me everything that was done because he was proud of it. Mike didn't even offer to show me the engine bay, and when I offered to take a look, he walked away while I was looking it over. And I easily found sand in there (I didn't mention that). For $300 I would expect no sand in my engine bay. Also, he didn't touch the area around the gas cap behind the flap. Also it was dirty in the bottom of the trunk under the panel covering the spare tire well (spotless in my ”
