“The gentlemen that came to detail my car were very informative and professional. They earned the "4" rating because they did a good job. I was very unsatisfied with the headlight restoration and contacted your company about a refund. I don't believe that my headlights were "restored", they basically were just cleaned and look relatively the same as before the service. Please contact me about this issue. Other than that, is there any disclosure or content on your website that informs your users that you are a contract service? Not that the representatives did anything wrong, but I had no idea that I was paying for a service that contracted their services.”

“The techs arrived almost at dark, so much later than the 4. I was told two crews would be coming but only one did. Since they arrived so late they were attempting to complete a good portion of the job in the dark. Under those circumstances they did a good job, however in the light of the next day there were areas I was not happy with. The convenience of someone coming to your house is wonderful, but if they do not show up on time it causes issues. I do not feel I received my moneys worth in a compete detail they could not adequately complete. ”

“They did not clean interior windows, dog drool still all over them. Used accent cleaner on hard top which every swipe mark seen. Vacuum was very decent. Still had some hardened bug goo on hood and front. Guys nice and respectful right from start. ”
