“My technician had his girlfriend with him. They were screaming at each other the entire time. I had to call the company and ask them to get them to quiet down. They denied the company ever came out. I had to personally go outside and ask them to stop. I was terrified. My kids did not need to hear the yelling. They were yelling every curse word in the book, the “n” word which I cannot stand to hear, and vulgar details of their sex life. He also left for about 2 hours without telling me anything then showed up and said he needed a quick break when I asked about it. The car does look a lot better, but the lack of professionalism from the technician ruined the entire experience for me and will keep me from using this company again. ”

“My car is a 2006 Honda.. in excellent condition, looked like a new car after what James did! I would highly recommend this detail company.. I would rate a 5, but I know if you rate a 5 people would say no one perfect. It truly was a 5 for me.. great service, did everything expected and I believe James did an excellent service and detailed my car like it was his own.. I would highly recommend this detail service..
