“After canceling on the actual DOS the detailer arrived over an 1.5hrs after calling me. I then had to wipe over an large amount of the car, my windshield and back window as not cleaned. Smears all ariund the car and outside windows. I had to get him to clean 2 of my rins that was spot cleaned, in which whatever he sprayed on al 4 of my rims were not wiped off properly, so I had to take my entire inserts apart to clean the rims and inserts which took almost an hour per rim. VERY POOR SERVICE ”
