“The technician showed up two hours late and “detailed” my vehicle in less than two hours. When I inspected my vehicle after he was finished I saw that the floor of my vehicle had not been vacuumed in the back or in the front on the passenger side. The floor mats also had visible dirt and debris remaining. There was still visible bird droppings on the exterior of my car. The seats of the car also did not appear to be vacuumed. I paid for the Gold package but water was never used so I am unsure how a complete wash of the exterior was accomplished. The door jams and trunk seals were also supposed to be cleaned but still have visible dust and dirt. The technician drove away before I could point out my findings. If you actually want to have your car detailed DO NOT use this service. ”

“The 3-time reschedule on their part was very irritating since my schedule isn’t easily changeable. The third time I assumed he wasn’t coming and he showed up at the last hour, so be aware they may pull the plug on your appt at the last minute. By the by, this isn’t the first time it’s happened. This detail itself though, was very well done! Very thorough and the car looked brand new on the inside! ”

“I came home after work today and was excited to see my freshly detailed suv. Unfortunately it was not cleaned very well. There is still sand in the seams between trim and still dust on the dashboard. There are fingerprints on the rear view mirror and the front window is still dirty too. I also noticed a little dog hair too. I sent the tip having not seen the work yet but assumed it was done to a high standard. Some parts of the car look clean but overall I am extremely disappointed and probably wont use detail.com again unless you make this right. ”
