“Cup holders and several areas were not cleaned at all. I sent a chat and was told I would be contacted shortly. Haven’t heard from anyone and was charged before I authorized it. I sent pictures of the areas that were not cleaned. Not happy at all, will not use this service again and will tell everyone I know to avoid like the plague. ”

“He did an excellent job but left mats outside due to carpet drying and the mats got covered with leaves and debris which caused me to have to clean again. Other than that, the car looked beautiful. This is why I only gave ten percent tip instead of my normal 20 percent. ”
