“My service appointment was scheduled between 8:00-10:00, the technician called around 3 times and rescheduled different times. They finally showed up at 1:30 ... just turned out to be a wasted day having to wait around beyond the scheduled service time.. otherwise we are happy with the end result but just frustrating had to waste a whole day to wait for this company ”
