“The detailer was amazing. He did show up within the time frame even though he got a flat tire on the way. I give him a 98% considering our vehicle was truly a mess! Areas for improvement: glass wasn’t streak free (but he finished after dark), the roof wasn’t really done which I feel is rather important, I’m not sure if it was clay barred, but he said it was. Truly I rate the service a 98% with hopes of a 100% the next time and there most definitely will be a next time! Thank you. Oh and an electronic receipt would have been the cherry on top. ”

“Elmer was a great guy and hard working. He wanted to make sure I was happy and my car looked fantastic. The winter really makes a mess. The only reason I did give a full 5 is because I was expecting him between noon and 2pm and he did not come until 2:45p. I was at work and had somewhere to go and he was not finished. I had to wait. His service was top notch so it was worth the wait in the end. I will be recommending Elmer to my co-workers! ”
