“Bad start as noted when scheduled water outlet may not be available, but tech said he was low. Would expect to be full to start. Dog hair not removed/vacuumed out back of seats that have carpet texture. Windows not cleaned completely/Residue left. For company with detail in the name. There was certainly a lack of it. Still overall. To someone not looking for the detail, the truck looks great. ”

“My car was in atrocious condition before the detail. Lots of dog hair on the interior and lots of sap on the exterior. The tech did an amazing job and got rid of all of it. He made my car look brand new again! I will be happy to recommend them to everyone I know!”

“The tech barely spoke English ,was early, told us 2 hours for the service was done in an hour and a half. I checked the car after he left and found windows not cleaned. I think he skipped the waxing as well.”

“Nice worker but went so fast. Upon careful review, I found dirt and crevices weren’t cleaned thoroughly enough. A bit disappointed. Perhaps having two workers instead of one would have made for a perfect finish. ”

“The car looked great. The only issue was that he put some type of wax on the rubber mats which made them very slippery. The wax got on my shoes and transferred to the pedals making them slippery.”
