“The company used is awful. The owner Elvis is a scam artist and had I known he was the company coming I would not have used him. I contacted your office to explain that I needed to finish by 530 for my dads birthday and your office called him more than once to confirm. His guys got here at 5pm and were not informed that I was on a schedule. They were unable to complete the job and I had to send them off because it was 547 and I needed to leave. They did not vacuum or wipe down. It wasn’t the Detailer’s fault though. They were nice guys and told me they had no idea and they were coming from a different county. This isn’t the first time his business practices are less than desirable. ”
