“A couple spots missed on the exterior. The main issue is that any small items in the car such as pencils,coins, tiny pieces of paper (that should fit easily up a vacuum hose were blown onto the driveway and left there. A mechanical pencil was missing. A piece of a decorative flower is missing. And what really upsests me is that the covers for the 12 volt plugins were broken off and just left sitting on the floor. I cannot put them back on because the connector is twisted due to the pressure at which they were blown off. Please contact me to let me know how you intend to resolve this.

“I was hoping for cleaner front seats, it almost seems like the seats were washed with either dirty water or not rinsed enough. They look dirtier than when I had them cleaned. ”
