“Technician asked to come later and then showed up an hour and a half later than confirmed with no communication. After letting car dry and leaving windows open I have to wipe all the white residue off the car myself. I should not have to take any time to clean the car after I paid over $400 to have it detailed. ”

“Original CONFIRMED appointment was canceled by technician without explanation after scheduled window of arrival. I waited hours for tech to show up, could have been completing other tasks if notified earlier of cancelation. Next day scheduled technician was late again. Paid for the super interior detail but pet hair was still under the mats in the corners of my back floors. I had to go to work so I was not present when tech finished (at no fault to him) but I expected a super job...others may have a better experience sorry for the rant.”
