“Would have liked to have had the service done earlier. The technician was very courteous & polite. He worked the whole time he was here. Did not show up until about 6:40 so it got dark before he was done servicing my car. I held a flashlight so he could finish up. Needed to get it done as it was being picked up the next morning.”

“The technician, Jessica Jenner, did an amazing job detailing my car. She gets 2 huge thumbs up!
HOWEVER, the scheduling service was very frustrating. Twice I was notified that my appointment time was unavailable after having the appointment confirmed. The second time was only 1 hour before the confirmed appointment. I called the technician and she said she still planned on coming. Very poor communication on the CarDetailing.com side of things. ”

“The guy was great. The communication on arrival time was a little confusing. The text and email communications were not in sync. You should make sure payment system allows for tip. I was able to tip in cash but system on his phone did not have option or at least it did not seem to be an option for me. ”

“The guys were great! The only problem was my service was scheduled from 2 to 4 and they did not arrive until 6. They were very apologetic and polite. I understand it was just the circumstances but still a little frustrating. Again the guys were wonderful!!!”
