“Detailer arrived late with bad communication after 2 phone calls for eta. Didn't complete entire interior blaming "mold" on hard surfaces. Very obvious that it is not mold and is just dusty/dirty black interior. Wanted to charge an additional $199 for mold removal which i declined. Proceeded to only clean and polish one of my 4 interior doors leaving it looking ridiculous. Also left grease marks on driveway. Will end up being more work and money to finish the half done job and clean up after. Will never use this service again.”

“The Rep was on time, and friendly, The Process only took about 1 hr. Which made me think.....did I get a good Hard shell Paste wax or some spray on. I was not there at the end, but my guess was a spray on, and that is not what I expected for that kind of money. Please let me know.......That will tell me if I can go 3 months or 6 months. mike”
