“They texted me this morning that they would be here at 10:15. At 10:19 they texted me they were here. They were not. I called the office at 10:30. The workers showed up about 20 minutes later.
Windshield glass was and still is smeary. They didn’t review my note I posted on your website about cleaning products for Tesla windshields. He said something like: This is what we always use. At that point the conversation was pointless because the products they had were the products they used, regardless of whether it was the right product for Tesla windshields or not.
Truck bed wasn’t washed at all.
Left and right side mats were put on the wrong sides.
I didn’t expect my job to be subcontracted out, which it appears it was.
I could have paid a lot less for a “Just OK” job.”
