“ A lot of spots were missed. Center console not shampooed. Rearview mirror not wiped down. Sections of coffee stains missed completely. Sections front missed completely. When does still have stains on them from watermarks. Front display filled with condensation making it difficult to see. Would like to speak about partial refund. Please call.”

“The front windshield has water spots and difficult to see out with sun glare. Mirror have streak that look like a dirty rag was used and several spots where wax was not wiped off. Also several sports were not cleaned around the hood, looks like he needs a ladder.”

“Love the at home service but not the technician. He has an attitude in that he called me at 10am saying he was in front of my apartment but was not and did not read the address correctly. I could not call him back as my number is blocked so I had to change that so that was my fault. After he was done I was happy with the cleaning but when I tried to pay the credit card reader he had was not working and when I tried to suggest he had to put the card in the bottom due to the chip he said " he knew how to use the CC reader" with an attitude. Do not want him again. Not sure how much of this is his fault or the company's Fault”
