“Windows and sunroof not cleaned on inside. Interior not conditioned or cleaned--still white handprints on doors, grease/handprints on console, buttons, etc. No conditioner on dashboard, doors. Outside was cleaned but considering this is a two seater, there was not much cleaning to be done on inside and wasn't done.”

“Your contractor was unprofessional. Showed up saying that he has great service and bragged about it. I had to show him the items that still work clean and then he blamed it on his employee without taking responsibility being the owner. Then after they left I noticed the door jambs weren't clean either nor were the mirrors on the visor including the windows still had markings that came off easily with my nail. Very simple things that should not be missed. When I called him to tell him he said that the door jambs were possibly part of the job however I paid for the cheap job he wasn't sure. He did come back and took care those items. Later when I drove the car toward the Sun we noticed the front windshield inside wasn't even clean either! I was so disgusted. gift for my 83 year old parents and still my dad went in and dusted some of the vents and scrubbed the carpets better. Your company should be able to stand behind your sub-contractors and ultimately take responsibility for”

“Disappointed that the service for the titanium package did not include the clay bar treatment and hand wax plus buffing as advertised.”

“The spray that was used on my tires was more like oil and was very messy. The spray used on the interior such as the dash and other surfaces was not completey cleaned off, there was a residue and over spray left on many surfaces. The wax used on the paint was not completely removed and buffed. There are several spots where the wax can still be seen. This is the first time I've paid a professional to detail my truck and $229 is a lot of money for me. Since I paid over $200 for the service I expected it to be perfect or near perfect. This service was niether. The reason I am giving a 3 instead of a 2 is because they spent so much time on my truck, it would not have taken much time to look over again and clean the oversprays and wax that was missed. ”

It is a 1973 and the paint is original. It needed the oxidation removed which takes someone with attention to details to bring back a shine like this. Excellent work. ”
